Ali Robertson’s End Of Summer Letter

Dear Valued Customers and Extended Family,

I hope this letter finds everyone in good spirits and enjoying a summer that as usual is flying by. As the proud principal owner of Robertson’s GMC, I am thrilled to share some truly heartwarming news about our newest addition to the Robertson family.

It is with immense pride that I announce the arrival of the newest member of the Robertson family, my grandson, Jasper Luke Robertson. The birth of Andrew’s son marks the beginning of a fourth generation stepping into the legacy we have nurtured with love, care and a commitment to you, our customer. The echoes of our shared history reverberate through the halls of our dealership, reminding us of the countless stories, smiles, and memories that have been woven into the fabric of our dealership.

Our dealership has been blessed to witness the remarkable journey of four generations of Robertsons, an achievement that stands as a testament to the unwavering dedication of our family to our business and to our customers.

At the heart of Robertson’s GMC legacy is its founder, Howie Robertson. It was back in 1984 when he and his brother were running a very successful junk yard when Howie told his brother Scott that he wanted to do this “truck thing” part time. Well part time turned into full time as Howie found the business to be an enjoyable challenge that he could excel at. I was still in college when he began the journey and long standing partnership with GMC. Howie took a small town Massachusetts dealership and put Wareham on the map for GMC as he sold to customers all over Southern New England and beyond. My father cannot go anywhere that someone does not recognize him to say hello. He truly loves to talk to people and he truly loves to sell trucks. And that pretty much sums up Howie. Perhaps you are one who can recall a story about Howie and how he helped you. I know there have to be thousands and we would love to hear your story if you are willing to share.

As we celebrate the news of Jasper’s arrival, we can’t help but acknowledge the pivotal role you, our valued customers, have played in our journey. For generations, your unwavering trust and continued support have been the cornerstone of our success. Your loyalty has not only sustained us but has also inspired us to continually strive for excellence, to innovate, and to uphold the core values that have defined us from the very beginning.

It is indeed a rare privilege to write this letter to you as a four-generation family-owned dealership. As we move forward into the future, we are more committed than ever to preserving the legacy that has been entrusted to us. We pledge to continue providing you with the exceptional service, the finest GMC vehicles, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere that have become synonymous with our Robertsons GMC dealership.

Thank you for being an integral part of our journey. Here’s to four generations of excellence, and to many more to come.
