Unfortunately, I fell victim to the poor workmanship of the service department. In September. I brought my vehicle in for service. They quote “repaired” my vehicle. In the following days after the repair I called to ask you a question but Jim mentioned the entire shop led by the lead. Mechanic walked out and quit due to a pay issue. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Was on time. Good Job and finished in approx 1 hour--Great. ALso replaced 2 filters. Good service! Prices seem high.

I spent $2500 for a fuel injector that wasn’t the problem. Same issue with truck a few days after picking it up. Called and was told they’re busy and it’d be a couple weeks

Terrible job of troubleshooting. Tried to tell me I needed a $4k new transfer case when it was an O2 sensor and a steering angle sensor.
Poor service. Unable to diagnose simple mechanical issues after several visits for the same issue

Dealership was great, did what was asked, thought my warranty was still in place but found out that it wasn’t, not their fault, wasn’t prepared for a pricey repair but it’s all set now. At least I have OEM parts installed. Overall satisfied.

Absolutely one of the smoothest punches I’ve ever made. Excellent customer service. When we got home there were some minor imperfections with the paint. It is a used vehicle. Called up and they took care of it with no issue. Definitely customer for life.

Waited two weeks for my appointment not a problem. Truck went in shop 2 days later than appointment problem. Service advisor called me 1 time a day to let me know they were working on it and my truck would be done the following day. That went on for 4 days and ended up with out my truck all week missed out on a trip up north lost money. Most dealerships seem to always be attempting to squeeze you of every dollar. The atmosphere here is so relaxed. Both service writers are not pushy and they take phenomenal care of your car. It’s very refreshing compared to past experiences. I won’t go to another dealer if I can help it solely off the customer service.

Scheduled service appointment for vehicle. Took 3 weeks for work to be completed. Continuously told that service dept was backed up and they would get to it. We had to call them to find out about progress. Finally had to contact Ali Roberston to get resolution (loaner vehicle for last 4 days). Service was very disappointing as we've always had positive experiences in the past.

Sales Department: No paperwork was received upon purchase, other than the registration.
I found a safety recall that needed to be addressed. Blake advised that the repair was completed on November 21st and he had the paperwork for me, but it was not provided when I picked up the vehicle.
The salesman had no idea it was ready for final prep, so this delayed pick up even longer.
