The next generation of Professional Grade capability is right around the corner. Designed to help match every driver with their ideal truck, the 2027 GMC Sierra 1500 lineup brings enhanced performance, updated technology, and distinctive luxury across all trim levels.

2027 GMC Sierra 1500 Trim Lineup Highlights

Elevation: The style-forward core of the Sierra lineup. Standard features include a 16.3″ Premium GMC Infotainment display with articulation, a 10-way power driver seat, MultiPro Tailgate, and dual wireless charging. Engine choices range from the standard TurboMax (late availability) to the optional 5.7L V8 or 3.0L Duramax Turbo-Diesel.

AT4: Built for premium off-road adventure. Standard equipment features a 2″ factory lift with monotube shocks, 34″ all-terrain tires, Super Cruise hands-free driving with trailering capability, 12-way power heated and ventilated front seats, and an 8-speaker Bose Premium Audio system. It comes standard with a 5.7L V8 or available 3.0L Duramax Turbo-Diesel.

AT4X: The pinnacle of off-road performance. Equipped with a 2″ factory lift featuring Multimatic Jounce Control Dampers, 35″ all-terrain tires, front and rear electronic locking differentials, and Baja drive mode. Powertrain offerings include the standard 3.0L Duramax Turbo-Diesel and an available 6.6L V8, with an optional AEV Edition package.

Denali: Delivers classic luxury, sophistication, and road presence. Highlights include a signature Denali chrome grille, panoramic sunroof, Super Cruise, 12-way power front seating, and an 8-speaker Bose audio system. Powered standard by a 5.7L V8, with available 6.6L V8 and 3.0L Duramax Turbo-Diesel options.

Denali Ultimate: The ultimate expression of GMC craftsmanship and luxury. Standard equipment includes 14-way power massage heated and ventilated front seats, a 16-speaker Bose audio system with head-restraint speakers, an 11.5″ front passenger screen, Super Cruise, and a panoramic sunroof. Comes standard with a 6.6L V8 or optional 3.0L Duramax Turbo-Diesel.

Launch Availability Schedule

• Phase 1 (Q4 2026 – Q1 2027): Focuses on a rich launch mix consisting exclusively of Crew Cab models. Over 78% of initial production will focus on AT4, Denali, and Denali Ultimate trims paired with V8 or Duramax Turbo-Diesel engines.
• Phase 2 (Q1 2027 – Q4 2027): Expands body configuration options to include Regular and Double Cabs alongside Crew Cabs, rebalancing availability toward Elevation and Pro models while introducing the TurboMax engine.
