I purchased my first GMC in 2018 and my second in 2021 and I have had every service completed at my dealership, Robertson’s in Wareham where Jim has always been the service manager and have always had perfect service.
Things were great . I did not get anything for my records of the work they performed.
Went in to trade my truck, got everything thing done and drove home a new truck
Excellent experience buying a new truck. No pressure, straight forward and and easy to talk to. My salesman Josh Recupero was fantastic to deal with. He was super friendly, honest and helpful through the whole deal.

They gave us a very good trade in and financing options. Was able to finance with the lender we previously used. When came time to insure and register, they took care of everything. Purchased a New 2026 Yukon AT4. The truck had issues which were not Robertson's fault. GM produced a flawed vehicle. We ended up going through the buyback process and it took a while to settle with GM. The entire time Robertson's provided a loaner vehicle and worked diligently to make this situation go as well as anyone could hope for. Thank you to everyone involved in bringing this to the finish line. I will be returning to Robertson's for my next purchase.

I have been with Robertsons GMC for years. The are friendly and organized. They do what they say and quote. We now own a 2nd Equinox and take it there.

Unfortunately, I fell victim to the poor workmanship of the service department. In September. I brought my vehicle in for service. They quote “repaired” my vehicle. In the following days after the repair I called to ask you a question but Jim mentioned the entire shop led by the lead. Mechanic walked out and quit due to a pay issue. If you look at Robertsons Facebook, you will see they made a post shortly after everyone quit that they were in need for immediate technicians…. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Was on time. Good Job and finished in approx 1 hour--Great. ALso replaced 2 filters. Good service! Prices seem high.

I spent $2500 for a fuel injector that wasn’t the problem. Same issue with truck a few days after picking it up. Called and was told they’re busy and it’d be a couple weeks

Terrible job of troubleshooting. Tried to tell me I needed a $4k new transfer case when it was an O2 sensor and a steering angle sensor.
Poor service. Unable to diagnose simple mechanical issues after several visits for the same issue

Dealership was great, did what was asked, thought my warranty was still in place but found out that it wasn’t, not their fault, wasn’t prepared for a pricey repair but it’s all set now. At least I have OEM parts installed. Overall satisfied.

Absolutely one of the smoothest punches I’ve ever made. Excellent customer service. When we got home there were some minor imperfections with the paint. It is a used vehicle. Called up and they took care of it with no issue. Definitely customer for life.

Service advisor called me 1 time a day to let me know they were working on it and my truck would be done the following day. That went on for 4 days and ended up with out my truck all week missed out on a trip up north lost money.
