I came in with a 2001 3500 series "dually" for a state inspection. It couldn't pass due to extensive frame deterioration (rust). I knew that it was questionable. It seemed like it would take major work to fix it,so, I elected to trade instead. Turned out that salesman Mike Shanahan had recently gotten in a 2012, 2500HD extended cab and showed it to me. It actually had a subsantially higher trailer tow rating(more than the dually) something I wanted for a moderatly heavy boat trailer. There was a delay as Mike had not even gotten the title of the 2500 yet. (I'm not towing boats this time of year anyway, so, no problem.) I am very happy with my "new" truck. I was surprised, though, that there was no manual in it. Mike got me a 2011 manual, and, although it's very simalar, there are a few differences for the 2012. Had noise in the front end and an issue getting into 4 wheel drive. Truck was scheduled as soon as possible and the appointment was thorough and timely.

I needed a few things done to my 2013 Gmc so I scheduled it without any problems and the work was done to my satisfaction...

Safety recall. Installed splash guards. Unsuccessful at removing rear window and mirror heaters from coming on with remote start. This should be a driver preference. 95% of the time they come on they are not needed, regardless of temperature. This will shorten their life and I will end up having to pay to replace after warrantee period has lapsed. This is a flaw. Cup holders and sunglass storage are way to small. Other than that it's a great truck. The dealership is excellent.

Got a 2014 sierra SLE, truck was located, and delivered by you, the incentives available were great, the extra things I wanted were completed in a timly fashion, and I couldn't be happier with the truck. This is not my first, (or second), truck from Robertsons GMC, and won't be my last. Great people, great service, what more could you want from a dealership .

I purchased my third GMC from Robertson after 12 years of nothing but Ford trucks. I had a terrible experience with 3 Ford truck engines in a row. I made the switch to GMC and Robertson's in 2012. The complete experience has been great and Mark kept me informed throughout the process of ordering and receiving the latest truck. I brought my 2002 Yukon down to have my wipers repaired. I was told that it was not a switch, but the wiper motor. One was quickly located and sent to Robertson's in Wareham. An appointment was set. Once the day came I dropped off the card the evening before, I received a phone call quickly that the SUV was done.
