Not only am I pleased with my vehicle...
Not only am I pleased with my vehicle purchase, but my experience with Robertson's GMC as a whole. My first impression was a dealership with a low-key atmosphere. Not only was I impressed with Jim Timilty's sincere approach, but I felt relaxed speaking with the competent employees who seemed very genuine when they introduced themselves. This was reaffirmed when I met Mr. Howie Robertson, a very down to earth gentleman who treats his employees like family, which not only speaks volumes of one's character, but was reassuring to a see from a new customer's perspective. GMC Acadia brought in for issue with...
GMC Acadia brought in for issue with vibration. They narrowed down to the tires being out of balance. I had just purchased 4 new tires from a tire store and they told me they were balance. Apparently the equipment at GMC is so much better because they fixed the problem.

2008 Chevy Uplander. It is so nice to be in a vehicle that is reliable. The oil changes and tire rotation are very much appreciated. The fact that the vehicle actually alerts me to the fact that I need an oil change is fantastic. The service and attention of other the sales staff and service dept was excellent.
