I had a truck break down and was in need of a new vehicle ASAP. I called Robertson's to ask what they had on the lot that was "work ready". I spoke with Mark Lowney on Monday May 13th over the phone and although he did not have anything he would look around and get back to me ( I had called several dealers no one else offered to look around). Tom called back by 4:00PM and found a van. The van was in NH he could have it by Wednesday the 15th. I planned to meet Mark at the dealership at Noon on Wednesday to take delivery and sign the paperwork I ended up not having a ride to the dealership so Mark drove to my Office in Sandwich and delivered the vehicle (above and beyond expectations). This is my second vehicle purchased from Robertson's with the exact same results. 100% satisfaction!! Not only am I pleased with my vehicle purchase, but my experience with Robertson's GMC as a whole. My first impression was a dealership with a low-key atmosphere. GMC Acadia brought in for issue with vibration. They narrowed down to the tires being out of balance. I had just purchased 4 new tires from a tire store and they told me they were balance. Apparently the equipment at GMC is so much better because they fixed the problem. Read More >>
